BBQueCan Smoked Meatloaf

2 LBS Ground beef  
3/4 cup Old-fashioned Oatmeal (dry)                                                                            
3/4 Cup chopped onion
2 Jalapeño chopped small
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Catchup or favorite BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp BBQ rub (beef or pork)
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Optional:  To individual taste
Minced Garlic
Red Pepper  

    Mix All ingredient in large bowl by hand, spray BBQueCan with non-stick cooking oil lightly, remove handle from BBQueCan. Form and fill with ingredients to within 1 to 2 inches from top, replace lid and handle. Place in 250 to 300 degree preheated grill or smoker for approximately 11/2 hour, turning every 30 mins or so (indirect heat works best) other wise place grease pan or cooking stone under meatloaf. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees, remove from grill let rest for 10 to 15 mins cut and enjoy.
