Mix All ingredient in large bowl by hand, spray BBQueCan with non-stick cooking oil lightly, Form and fill with ingredients to within 1 to 2 inches from top, replace lid and lock handle. Place in 350 degree preheated grill or smoker for approximately 1 1/2 hour, turning every 30 mins or so (indirect heat works best) other wise place grease pan or cooking stone under meatloaf. Cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees, remove from grill let rest for 10 to 15 mins cut and enjoy.
BBQueCan Smoked Meatloaf
2.5 LBS Ground beef
1.5 cups Old-fashioned Oatmeal (dry)
3/4 Cup chopped onion
2 Jalapeño chopped small
5 tbsp GSR Honey Mustard Aioli Glaze
3 tbsp GSR Mile High BBQ Rub
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Optional: To individual taste
Red Pepper or spicy pepper of choice
