BBQueCan Roasted potatoes: Dill Ranch
5 to 6 Medium potatoes of choice. (cubed/cut)
1 tablespoon Ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoons dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
2 teaspoon favorite BBQ Rub.
1/2 cup Olive oil
Place cubed/cut potatoes in a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Drizzle mixed ingredients over potatoes and toss or stir to coat evenly.
Let marinade for at least an hour or up to 24hrs.
Transfer into your BBQueCan about 80% full.
BBQ, Smoke or roast at 325 to 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/2hrs, rotate at 20min intervals.

**Great addition to your favorite potato salad
Add to original recipe:
1/2 cup jalapeno flakes 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
Just add the spicy ingredients to the original oil mixture. I like to let it stand for a bit to let the jalapeño flakes mix and add flavor. Try all or some of these spices.Try using Infused oils in-place of the standard olive oil.
